FAQs
What is an F1 Goldendoodle?
An F1 Goldendoodle is the product of a Golden Retriever and Poodle. Most of the first generation Goldendoodles either don’t shed or shed very little. With this generation, the dogs will have more of a shaggy/wavy coat with lose curls. You’ll end up with a range of personalities including the very sweet and lovable Golden Retriever to the playful and highly intelligent Poodle.
Coloring
Goldendoodles come in many colors including different shades of cream, chocolate, merle, black, apricot, and red. We focus on breeding one of the rarest colors: red. For most of these puppies, the red coloring will deepen into a beautiful auburn coat as they get older. In addition to reds, we also have an array of apricot colored puppies.

What is an F1B Goldendoodle?
An F1B Goldendoodle is the product of a F1 Goldendoodle and a Poodle. This second generation will have an even higher chance of non-shedding and are hypoallergenic. These dogs make excellent pets to families with moderate to severe allergies. With this second generation, the dogs will have more tighter curls and waves. Similarly to F1 Goldendoodles, you’ll have a range of personalities as well. This generation tends to be more intelligent and easy to train. Perfect for a therapy dog or pet.
Temperament
Similarly to Golden Retrievers, Goldendoodles are very intelligent, obedient family dogs. They love being everyone’s friend and are extremely devoted to their owners. Typically, they are friendly towards other dogs and pets, children, and happiest when with people. Paired with the Poodle intelligence, these dogs are easy to train and eager to please. Before our puppies leave, we’ll introduce beginning training on basic commands and potty training.

Standard vs. Mini
Standard Goldendoodles are typically between 55-80lbs and Mini Goldendoodles are between 25-50lbs. We’re striving towards keeping our lines clean along with breeding smaller sized quality Goldendoodles. To determine the size of the upcoming litter, the general rule of thumb is to take the weight of both parents and add them together and then divide by 2. Within a litter, the puppies weight will fall slightly above or below projected adult weights.
What is Early Neurological Stimulation?
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a process developed by the military to train their dogs as very young puppies to deal with stress. With this practice, you introduce mild stresses to the puppies in a controlled way. This helps stimulate the neurological system which in turn improves the puppy’s development and growth. Additionally, studies have shown it causes advancements in the puppy’s immune system, stress tolerance, and cardiovascular system. For more information, please take a look at this video: ENS Video
